- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide full recruitment support for the teams, across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure an amazing candidate experience by ensuring a transparent process and demonstrating the best of Longbow.
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Provide support with various internal company processes like employee onboarding, process and policy documentation and offboarding.

- Bachelor’s (BS / BE) or Masters (MBA) degree or equivalent in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of Technical Recruiting Experience.
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively; self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office or Google Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills to present to a wide range of audiences.
- Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
