PRIVACY POLICY

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Longbow Games Private Limited (“Longbow”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile games and related websites, including Yoga Match, and any services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Age

Our games are intended for players aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at contact@longbowgames.net and we will delete it.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & Platform Data: app store identifiers, Game Center/Google Play profile ID (if you connect), subscription status, and purchase history (via Apple/Google). We do not receive your full payment card data.
  • Device & Usage Data: device model, OS version, language, time zone, IP address, country/region, in-game events (levels, session length, crashes), and diagnostics.
  • Advertising & Analytics IDs: mobile identifiers such as Apple’s IDFA/IDFV and Google’s AAID (subject to your device settings and consent prompts like iOS App Tracking Transparency).
  • Support Communications: information you provide when you contact us (email address, message content, logs you choose to share).
  • Cookies/SDKs: our apps and site may use SDKs and cookies for analytics, attribution, crash reporting, and to show ads.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to: (i) provide and operate the game; (ii) save progress and personalize gameplay; (iii) process purchases and subscriptions; (iv) deliver and measure ads (where enabled); (v) monitor performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud; (vi) comply with law and enforce our Terms.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we process data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the game and purchases), legitimate interests (security, analytics, non-personalized improvements), consent (personalized ads/trackers where required), and legal obligation.

6. Sharing of Information

We share information with: (a) service providers that help us run the Services (analytics, attribution, cloud hosting, crash reporting, customer support); (b) advertising partners to deliver/measure ads where enabled and permitted by your settings; (c) platform providers (Apple, Google) for distribution, purchases, and compliance; (d) authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and (e) in connection with corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, asset sale).

7. Advertising Choices & Tracking Controls

You can control ad tracking using your device settings (e.g., iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On iOS we respect the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may also reset your advertising identifier at any time. If you opt out of personalized ads, you may still see ads, but they should be less relevant.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You also may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising and to limit use of sensitive data (where applicable). 9. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries outside your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our Services may include third-party SDKs and links. Their own privacy policies apply to their processing. Examples (configure based on your build):

  • Apple App Store / In-App Purchases

  • Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Crashlytics
  • Adjust / Appsflyer (attribution)
  • Ad partners such as Unity Ads / AppLovin MAX / Google AdMob

13. Subscriptions & Purchases

When you purchase an auto-renewable subscription or other in-app items, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive purchase confirmations, subscription status, and limited transaction metadata to deliver your entitlements and handle support; we do not receive your full payment details.

14. Parental Controls

We may offer optional parental controls in the app to help manage gameplay and preferences. Details and settings will be provided within the app when available.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Significant changes will be made available within the app or on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
